Location: Fullerton, CA | Full-Time (In-Office)
Blast Media Print is looking for a Print Production Assistant / Graphic Designer to join our growing print and graphics team in Fullerton, California.
This is a hands-on role for someone with graphic design skills who wants to build a career in the print industry and grow with our team. We work on everything from retail and corporate graphics to major sports, events and large-format installations, so you'll get exposure to a wide variety of projects and production processes.
Previous print production experience is an asset, but not essential. We're willing to train the right person on the production side, but graphic design experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite are required.
What You'll Do

Assist with day-to-day print production and finishing

Prepare and adjust artwork for print production

Work with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create and modify graphics

Trim, mount, laminate, package and prepare printed graphics

Help prepare materials and jobs for production

Learn to operate print and finishing equipment

Assist with shipping, receiving and organizing completed projects

Keep production areas clean, organized and ready for work

Help the team meet production schedules and deadlines

Assist wherever needed to keep jobs moving
What We're Looking For

Graphic design experience with strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production specifications

Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn

Comfortable working with your hands and being on your feet throughout the day

Able to safely lift and move rolls, materials and other production supplies

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to take direction and jump in wherever needed

Previous print, signage, large-format graphics or production experience is an asset, but not required

Fullerton / Orange County area preferred for a reliable daily commute
