The Rise of Our Print Production Star

 

Yasmim Azevedo's journey with us began in 2021, when she joined the team to handle product finishing—hand-cutting and operating the laminator. It wasn't long before her talent and dedication shone through. By the end of 2022, she had become our Shop Manager, a testament to her hard work and leadership.

Always looking to grow, Yasmim took colour management courses in the spring of 2023. This training empowered her to master our spectrophotometer, ensuring every print meets the highest standards for color accuracy. She also took the initiative to build and refine the processes for our shop and production workflow, boosting our efficiency and quality.

Today, Yasmim is the backbone of our in-house print production. She has a unique talent for handling high-pressure jobs with tight deadlines, consistently delivering flawless results. Her recent work includes major projects for the Whitecaps x BC Place, the 2023 Laver Cup, Canucks North Plaza, and Lululemon, along with the latest builds for Return-It BC.

Yasmim’s ability to produce graphics with the widest possible colour gamut—and at unmatched speeds—is a game-changer for our business. She’s the integral force behind the scenes, turning our high-pressure deadlines and creative visions into reality. With her unwavering accountability, perseverance, and grit, Yasmim truly embodies the spirit of our team.
